• Standard terms are 50% of the estimate in advance and the balance on completion.
• For larger sites schedules of progress-payments can be negotiated.
  Arrangements for invoicing work done on an hourly basis can be made as well.
• REC reserves the right to refuse websites with content that is tasteless, vulgar, or pornographic.
